A&O Shearman has announced the strategic hiring of Lisa Koch as a partner in its Perth office, enhancing its finance practice. Lisa is recognized for her expertise in project finance and related transactions across energy, natural resources, and infrastructure sectors. Her qualifications extend to practicing law in Australia, England & Wales, and South Africa.
Lisa’s experience spans complex cross-border and international transactions with a focus on emerging market finance. Her practice emphasizes energy transition and sustainability finance, including financing carbon offset generation projects.
