Private equity partner Adam Leamon shared his insights with The Deal regarding the current investment climate in residential services, which includes sectors like roofing, landscaping, janitorial, and HVAC services.

Leamon noted that despite some recent difficulties, the demand for these services and related business activities remains robust. “You’re always going to have scenarios where companies, for one reason or another, have not succeeded,” he explained. “But I think, if you’re looking at the overall industry and the market in general, both the strategy and the industry have been hugely successful and are still attracting dollars as far as I can see.”

Leamon’s comments reflect a positive outlook on private equity investments within this sector, highlighting continued interest from investors.
