Akin has provided legal counsel to Apollo S3, which acted as a co-lead investor in TDR Capital LLP’s newly established continuation vehicle, TDR Capital Titan. The vehicle was created to acquire majority control of David Lloyd Leisure, known as Europe’s largest operator of premium racquets, health and fitness clubs. The acquisition is from TDR III and its co-investors.
