BCLP advises on logistics property acquisition for Sixth Street-Copley Point joint venture

International law firm BCLP has advised on a logistics joint venture between Sixth Street and Copley Point Capital, facilitating the acquisition of five logistics properties from Barings. The sites are located in Daventry, Nottingham, Warrington, and Avonmouth. Tenants include Great Bear Distribution, Rolls Royce, GKN Aerospace, and Countryside Properties.

BCLP had previously assisted the joint venture with an asset acquisition from NFU Mutual. Over the past five months, BCLP has supported Sixth Street and Copley Point Capital in acquiring 11 properties for the joint venture.
