Capstreet, a private equity firm based in Houston, has acquired TOPS Field Services, LLC. Willkie Farr & Gallagher served as legal counsel to Capstreet during the transaction.
TOPS Field Services provides turbine maintenance and outage services across the United States. The company, known as Turbine Overhaul Performance Specialists (TOPS), offers a range of turbine and generator maintenance solutions for independent power producers, utilities, LNG companies, and other industrial clients.
Capstreet focuses its investments on lower middle market business service companies.
The legal team from Willkie advising Capstreet was led by partners Rosalind Kruse and Aaron Savella, with associates Sam Neece and Noor Halloum supporting the deal.
