Cooley expands Boston team with new partner Lyndsey Kruzer

Lyndsey Kruzer has joined Cooley’s Boston office as a partner in the firm’s labor and employment practice and global litigation department. Kruzer provides counsel to life sciences and tech companies, as well as private equity and venture capital firms, on various employment matters, including counseling, litigation, and transactional issues.

Ian Shapiro, chair of Cooley’s global litigation department, expressed enthusiasm about Kruzer’s addition: “Lyndsey’s experience advising tech, life sciences and other innovative companies complements our elite labor and employment practice. She is one of the best next-generation employment partners in Boston, and we are excited to have her join our dynamic litigation practice there.”

Kruzer assists clients with discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, employee mobility issues, whistleblower claims, noncompetition restrictions, Employment Retirement Income Security Act matters, and contract employment claims. Her role also includes conducting internal investigations for clients and drafting employment agreements.
