On February 7, 2026, Kathryn-Ann Stamm, of counsel at Cravath, participated as a judge in the New York regional round of the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition. The event was organized by the International Trademark Association and brought together law students to address key topics in U.S. trademark law.

Stamm’s role involved evaluating oral arguments presented by participating teams. This year’s competition problem centered on the issue of damages and whether courts can access profits from non-party affiliates, which involves questions about corporate entities and legal structures.

The Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition aims to introduce law students to significant issues in trademark law and real-world legal practice.
