Weil has advised the Cobham Ultra Group in its agreement to sell Ultra PCS to Eaton Corporation. Eaton will acquire Ultra PCS for $1.55 billion, with the transaction expected to conclude in the first half of 2026, pending customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
Ultra PCS, headquartered in the UK with operations in both the UK and US, specializes in electronic controls, sensing, stores ejection, and data processing solutions for global aerospace customers.
