Galaxy Digital Inc. has completed its first SEC-registered underwritten offering of Class A common stock, raising $683.6 million. The company, known for its work in digital assets and artificial intelligence infrastructure, conducted this offering as a listed entity on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The transaction was finalized on June 3, 2025.
