Gibson Dunn is providing legal counsel to ATL Partners and LightRidge Solutions in the transaction involving the sale of LightRidge’s subsidiary, Geost, LLC. The buyer, Rocket Lab USA, Inc., is recognized as a prominent entity in space systems and launch services.

The corporate team from Gibson Dunn is spearheaded by partners Alexander Fine and James Springer. They are supported by associates Paul Lee and Anne Lonowski. Tax matters are being handled by partner Matt Donnelly with associate Doug Bresnick. Financing aspects are overseen by partner Aaron Adams alongside of counsel Jason Durschlag. Antitrust issues are managed by partner Joshua Lipton with associate Alexander Merritt.
