Gibson Dunn advises underwriters on UPS’s multi-billion dollar debt offerings

Gibson Dunn has represented the underwriters in United Parcel Service’s (UPS) $4 billion debt offering. The senior notes issued include $500 million at 4.650% due in 2030, $1.25 billion at 5.250% due in 2035, $1.25 billion at 5.950% due in 2055, and $1 billion at 6.050% due in 2065. Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets, Goldman Sachs, SG Americas Securities, and Wells Fargo Securities served as joint book-running managers for this transaction.

Additionally, Gibson Dunn advised on UPS’s $170,673,000 offering of floating rate senior notes set to mature in 2075. Joint book-running managers for this offering included Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Securities, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, and UBS Securities.
