Gibson Dunn has announced its role in representing FTAI Aviation Ltd. in a significant financial transaction. The law firm assisted the Strategic Capital Initiative of FTAI Aviation in securing a $2.5 billion asset-level debt financing deal. This financial arrangement was led by Atlas SP Partners and Deutsche Bank, with the funds intended for financing on-lease commercial aircraft.

The legal team from Gibson Dunn that worked on this transaction included partners Madalyn Miller and Pamela Lawrence Endreny, along with associates Rebecca West, Melissa Kopit, Tom Caruso, Alexandra Davidson, and Axel Sarkissian.
