Global law firm Greenberg Traurig has advised the owners of the FÜRST urban quarter in Berlin on leasing approximately 8,000 square meters of hotel space to “A by Adina,” a premium apartment hotel brand. The lease involves eight floors within the FÜRST development, located on Kurfürstendamm in Berlin’s City West.
The agreement marks the introduction of “A by Adina,” a brand operated by Australian hotel group TFE Hotels, to Germany. The new apartment hotel is planned to open in mid-2027 and will feature 161 studios and apartments. Additional amenities include a restaurant, bar, and lounge with a terrace on the ground floor.
Greenberg Traurig acted as legal advisor to the landlord throughout the leasing process. The firm continues to advise the project company responsible for developing the FÜRST urban quarter, providing counsel on key aspects such as development, construction, leasing, and sale of about 106,000 square meters of rental space.
