Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP is acting as legal counsel for Patient Square Capital in its acquisition of Paradigm, a company specializing in care management solutions for individuals with complex injuries and diagnoses.
Paradigm has operated in the value-based care sector for almost 35 years. The company focuses on areas such as risk-based clinical solutions, case management, specialty networks, home health services, shared decision support, and payment integrity programs.
Patient Square Capital manages approximately $17 billion in assets and invests exclusively in the healthcare sector. The firm partners with companies and management teams whose products and services aim to improve health outcomes.
The Greenberg Traurig team advising Patient Square Capital is led by Ejim Peter Achi, co-chair of the firm’s Global Corporate Practice and Private Equity Practice, along with New York Corporate Shareholder Sung Jin.
