Greenberg Traurig, a global law firm, has announced the addition of Partner Przemysław Furmaga to its Warsaw office. This move is part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen its position in the Polish legal market. The Warsaw M&A Practice at Greenberg Traurig is recognized as a leader in Poland, with transaction values exceeding USD 2.31 billion in 2024.

Przemysław Furmaga brings over two decades of experience in transaction advisory, focusing on complex M&A projects. He has worked on numerous domestic and cross-border acquisitions for international corporations, private equity funds, and entrepreneurs. His team includes Aleksandra Czarnecka and Andrzej Dunikowski as Senior Associates, and Damian Kossakowski as a Junior Associate.
