Greenberg Traurig’s Renée Mosley Delcollo named to 2025 Rising Stars list

Renée Mosley Delcollo, an associate specializing in Intellectual Property Litigation and Commercial Litigation at Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Delaware office, has been recognized by the 2025 Delaware Super Lawyers magazine as a “Rising Star.”

The selection process for Super Lawyers involves a patented multiphase approach that includes peer nominations, evaluations, and third-party research. Candidates are assessed on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. The selections are conducted annually on a state-by-state basis, with no more than 2.5% of lawyers in any given state making it to the “Rising Stars” list.

Delcollo’s practice focuses on intellectual property, complex commercial, and employment litigation. She represents clients in various Delaware courts including the Delaware Supreme Court, Court of Chancery, Superior Court, and the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Her work also extends to representing clients before state agencies.

In addition to her legal practice, Delcollo is active in community service. She has received several accolades for her pro bono work and contributions to the community such as the “She’s on Her Way” award from the Delaware Office of Women’s Advancement & Advocacy and the Delaware Women’s Commission. She was also honored with the “Unsung Hero” award from the Pennsylvania Legal Awards. Delcollo has been recognized for her expertise in patent and commercial litigation by Patexia, Delaware Today Magazine, and The Best Lawyers in America.
