Cooley has advised Invictus Growth Partners, a private equity firm specializing in growth buyouts of lower middle-market enterprise software businesses, on the closing of Invictus Growth Fund II. The fund secured total capital commitments of $574 million, including related co-investment funds. Fund II was oversubscribed with $488 million in fund commitments.

The Cooley team advising Invictus was led by partners John Clendenin and Elizabeth Reese.
