Cooley partner James Kim recently discussed his transition to the firm in interviews with Law.com and Law360. He joins Cooley as a financial services enforcement and regulatory partner in their New York office.

In an interview with Law.com, Kim spoke about his client base, practice, and reasons for joining Cooley. Previously, he led Troutman Pepper Locke’s financial technology advisory group and was among the first enforcement lawyers at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

Law360 also covered Kim’s move to Cooley, highlighting his interests and career milestones.
