Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has advised Copeley Capital, a private equity firm based in Charlotte, North Carolina, on the sale of its portfolio company OnSight Industries, LLC and related affiliates. OnSight Industries provides signage, site furnishings, mailbox solutions, and additional services to the new-home and multifamily building sectors across the Southeastern United States.
