Milbank LLP partner Matthew Laroche has been recognized on Financier Worldwide’s 2025 Power Players List for his work in Financial Services Regulation.

In an interview with Financier Worldwide, Laroche elaborated on his approach to addressing complex legal challenges, highlighted his most rewarding project, and offered insights into his pro bono efforts.

Laroche is a partner at Milbank’s office and part of the Litigation & Arbitration Group. His expertise includes white collar defense, government and internal investigations, complex civil litigation, and regulatory compliance. He represents major financial institutions, multinational companies, asset management firms, boards, and individuals in significant investigations as well as criminal and regulatory enforcement cases. Additionally, he is an experienced trial lawyer who has acted as lead or co-lead attorney in more than a dozen federal and state trials.
