Milbank LLP announced that Harriet Rugg-Easey, an associate in their London office’s Transportation and Space Group, has been named a 2025 Rising Star in Europe by Airfinance Global. She is one of four lawyers to receive this recognition.
Airfinance Global highlighted Rugg-Easey’s contributions, stating, “She has been instrumental in executing some of Milbank’s most high-profile and innovative aviation finance and M&A deals in recent years, earning a reputation for her technical excellence and commercial acumen.” The publication further noted her involvement in pioneering transactions over the past year, including joint venture structures and bespoke airline lending transactions secured by spares, IP, and other non-aircraft specific security.
