Milbank LLP partner Nola Heller is set to moderate a panel at the New York City Bar Association’s 2025 White Collar Crime Institute. The event will take place on May 14 in New York.

Heller will lead the discussion titled “Trump 2.0 – The First 120 Days in White Collar Enforcement.” The panel includes Edward Y. Kim, James P. Loonam, Sheldon L. Pollock, Rod J. Rosenstein, and Lisa Zornberg as speakers.

The White Collar Crime Institute organized by NYCBA aims to gather senior government enforcement officials and leading practitioners to discuss significant developments in white collar enforcement and practice.
