Jacqueline Chan, a partner at Milbank LLP, recently took on the role of moderator for a significant panel discussion titled “Assessing the Cost: Financing the Future of APAC’s Digital Infrastructure” during the Tech Capital International Finance Forum and Global Awards 2025. The event was held on May 13 in London. In addition to moderating, Chan also participated as a judge for The Tech Capital Global Awards, which honor exceptional achievements in the global digital sector, including finance, development, and regulatory frameworks.

The panel gathered industry leaders to discuss the challenges and opportunities within Asia-Pacific’s digital infrastructure sector. Topics included capital-raising strategies necessary for industry growth, complexities related to APAC financings and equity raises, cross-border data flow dynamics, and the region’s evolving position in global technological advancement.

Joining Chan on the panel were Jonathan King, Group Chief Strategy and Investment Officer at ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, and Zain Ravdjee, Chairman & CEO of ZR Power Holdings.

Chan is well-regarded as an influential leader and dealmaker. She provides advice on innovative M&A transactions, restructuring efforts, and corporate finance deals across Asia. Her accolades include selection for The Legal 500 “Hall of Fame” and recognition by Chambers, Euromoney, and IFLR1000 as a leading lawyer.
