Morgan Lewis has provided legal counsel to GIC, a global institutional investor, as the lead investor in Anthropic’s Series G funding round. The investment values Anthropic at $380 billion. This Series G round follows GIC’s prior involvement in Anthropic’s Series F, which was valued at $13 billion.
