Morgan Lewis has provided legal counsel to Lightspeed Venture Partners in its role as lead investor for Naboo’s $70 million Series B financing round. The funding will be used to advance Naboo’s development of an artificial intelligence-driven platform designed for event procurement.

Lightspeed Venture Partners, a venture capital firm established in 2000, manages assets exceeding $40 billion and has been an early supporter of several notable technology companies.

Naboo, headquartered in Paris, offers a platform that enables businesses to book, manage, and oversee corporate events. As part of the new financing round, Naboo also announced it is opening an office in New York to serve as its base for North American operations.

The legal team from Morgan Lewis advising Lightspeed on this transaction includes partners Sébastien Pontillo and Mathilde Carle, of counsel Pauline Plancke, and associates Thomas Maincent, Laetitia Rebouh, and Alexandre Dalel.
