Morgan Lewis has provided legal counsel to Unrivaled Sports during its recent $120 million funding round. The investment was spearheaded by DICK’s Sporting Goods, which acquired a minority stake. Other participants in the funding included Dynasty Equity, LionTree, Miller Sports & Entertainment, and existing investor The Chernin Group (TCG).

This strategic financial boost aims to support Unrivaled Sports’ mission of enhancing youth sports experiences across the United States. The company plans to use the funds to expand and improve its offerings for young athletes.

Unrivaled Sports is recognized as a leading provider of youth sports experiences in the nation. It operates through various brands that manage youth sports venues, properties, and programs. Some notable brands under its umbrella include Cooperstown All Star Village, Ripken Baseball Experiences, Rocker B Ranch, Diamond Nation, Unrivaled Flag, and We Are Camp action sports camp.
