Morgan Lewis associate Philip K.W. Smith has been named a Rising Star at the 2026 With Intelligence Mutual Fund & ETF Awards. The award recognizes professionals who have shown notable progress early in their careers and have demonstrated commitment to the mutual fund industry over the past year.
Smith’s legal work centers on advising investment companies and advisers, including guidance on forming, registering, and regulating both active and passive exchange-traded funds.
