Firm Chair Jami McKeon was the subject of a recent Q&A by Lawdragon, where she discussed her career at Morgan Lewis. McKeon reflected on her journey from joining the firm as an associate during a period when there were few women in law, to becoming a litigator and practice leader, and eventually serving as Chair for over ten years.
“If you really want to get to the core, this firm is 4,000 people around the world who all wake up in the morning wanting to do meaningful work to help other people and support the people they love,” said Jami. “Elite, but never elitist. That’s the culture we uphold.”
