Morgan Lewis has been named Corporate Team of the Year at the 2025 Middle East Legal Awards, as announced by Law.com International. The recognition highlights the firm’s advisory role in a significant merger involving Bayanat AI PLC and Yahsat, resulting in the formation of Space42, an AI-powered space technology company valued at approximately $4.1 billion.
