Kirk Nahra, Partner and Co-Chair of the Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity & Privacy Practices, is set to present a session titled “Regulatory Update: Health Care Technology” at the Practising Law Institute’s hybrid half-day program, Health Care Technology 2025.

The session will address how new technologies are influencing data privacy regulations in health care. The focus will be on mobile apps, advertising, and artificial intelligence. Participants can expect to gain insights into changes in the HIPAA landscape, FTC oversight, state privacy laws’ impact, and best practices for risk management in this complex field.
