Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP has advised Eurazeo Global Investor on the closing of a €480 million private debt continuation fund. The deal included setting up a customized continuation vehicle, arranging fund leverage, and acquiring a diverse portfolio of European senior credit assets from Eurazeo’s previous debt funds. Pantheon, known for its experience in credit secondaries, led the transaction.
