PSG Equity has made a strategic investment in Checkmk, a company recognized for its IT monitoring solutions. The partnership is expected to enhance Checkmk’s research and development initiatives and support its plans for international expansion. PSG specializes in aiding software and technology-enabled services firms to achieve transformational growth.

Checkmk, founded in 2007, provides real-time insights into critical infrastructures across various IT environments through a unified platform. The company’s solutions aim to deliver high returns on investment while ensuring superior product performance and customer experience.

The legal advisory team from A&O Shearman for this transaction was led by Nick Hallam, with senior associate Susie Emmanuel and associates Nahima Parvin and Talisha Ariarasa in London. In Germany, the team included finance partner Rauni Ahammer and associate Georg Luetkenhaus.
