Realta Fusion secures $36 million in Series A funding

Chicago – Realta Fusion, a startup in the fusion energy sector, has successfully secured $36 million in its Series A financing round. Cooley LLP provided legal advice for this oversubscribed funding initiative. Future Ventures spearheaded the investment round with contributions from Mayfield, GSBackers, SiteGround, and Avila VC. Existing investors such as Khosla Ventures, Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation, and TitletownTech also participated.

The Cooley team advising Realta Fusion was led by Partner Laurie Bauer along with associates Briana Yesilli and Adam Bloom.
