Ropes & Gray has advised 24 Hour Fitness in securing a $305 million senior secured facility. The transaction is expected to improve the company’s liquidity and bolster its position in the market. This development was announced in a press release dated May 13.

The legal team from Ropes & Gray included finance partner Leonard Klingbaum, counsel Brett Pearlman, and tax partners Pam Glazier and Alyssa Kollmeyer.
