Ropes & Gray has announced its role in advising Cressey & Company on a new partnership with Paradigm Health. The partnership, which was made public in a press release dated May 12, involves Paradigm Health, a provider of hospice and palliative care services.
Cressey & Company is known for its focus on building businesses in the health care services and information technology sectors.
The legal team from Ropes & Gray included several partners and associates specializing in different areas. Among them were private equity partners Tim Castelli and Neill Jakobe, along with private equity associate Raxit Shah. The team also comprised finance partner Greg Bauer, tax partner Aaron Harsh, health care partner Christina Bergeron, employment and benefits partners Jen Cormier and Stephanie Bruce, IP transactions partner Emily Karlberg, and data privacy & cybersecurity partner Ed McNicholas.
