Ropes & Gray has announced its role in advising the underwriters for Loar Holdings Inc.’s recent $750 million secondary offering. The transaction, which was completed on May 16, follows the firm’s previous advisory role during Loar Holdings’ initial public offering last year.

Loar Holdings is known for manufacturing and supplying specialized aerospace and defense components that are crucial to modern aircraft and defense systems.

The legal team from Ropes & Gray involved in this transaction included capital markets partners Craig Marcus and Tara Fisher.
