On March 6, 2026, the Center for European Law at the University of Passau will host a conference focused on EU digitalization law. The event will feature lectures by Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Kamann and Dr. Martin Braun.

Prof. Dr. Hans-Georg Kamann is scheduled to address “Recent Case Law on EU Data Protection: Privacy, Public Interest, Competition, and Third-Party Interests.” Dr. Martin Braun will discuss “Artificial Intelligence in Practice: What is the Current EU Legal Framework?”

The conference targets business leaders, industry representatives, legal professionals, public authorities, consultants, and others interested in or affected by laws governing digitalization within the European Union.
