In a webinar scheduled for June 16, experts in anti-corruption and international risk will address recent trends in enforcement. This event is part of a four-part series and features insights from María GonzálezCalvet, Amanda Raad, Ryan Rohlfsen, and Samantha Badlam. The discussion follows an executive order issued on February 10 that temporarily halted new investigations and enforcement actions under the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) for 180 days.

Participants will explore updates to Department of Justice guidance, including the resumption of FCPA enforcement activities. The webinar will also cover developments in anti-corruption measures globally, with particular attention to new guidance from the UK’s Serious Fraud Office (SFO) and changes occurring in Europe and Latin America.

The series will conclude with a fourth session to be announced soon.

For those seeking further information, resources are available including a recent alert on new FCPA guidelines and updates from practices focused on Anti-Corruption & International Risk as well as Crisis Management & Investigations. Additional insights can be found through the R&G Insights Lab offering and the Capital Insights resource center.
