Weil, Gotshal & Manges has been named a finalist in five categories for The National Law Journal 2025 Legal Awards. The firm is in contention for the “Law Firm of the Year” award, which recognizes recent litigation successes and industry leadership.

Jessica Falk, a partner specializing in complex commercial litigation, was shortlisted in the “Winning Litigators – Plaintiffs” category. She served as one of the lead attorneys who secured a $406.8 million verdict for Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. The case involved claims that Amgen Inc. unlawfully monopolized the U.S. market for PCKSK9 inhibitors, which are medications used to treat high cholesterol.

Weil is also a finalist in three “Litigation Departments of the Year” categories: General Litigation, Antitrust, and Products Liability. The General Litigation nomination marks the third consecutive year Weil has been shortlisted in this category; the firm won this distinction in 2024. The Antitrust nomination highlights Weil’s work guiding major companies through significant antitrust challenges, while the Products Liability recognition reflects favorable outcomes achieved for large consumer brands.

Winners will be announced at a ceremony scheduled for November 5 in Washington, D.C.
