Retired partner Annemargaret Connolly has received the “Lifetime Achievement” award and Litigation partner and Chief Wellness Officer Lori Pines has been named a finalist in the “Mental Health & Well Being” category at the 2026 Corporate Counsel Women, Influence & Power in Law Awards.
Annemargaret Connolly retired from Weil, Gotshal & Manges in 2025. She previously served as Head of the Firm’s Regulatory Transactions Group and Environmental practice, and was a leader of Weil’s Climate Change Practice Group and ESG initiatives. Her recognition highlights her career contributions to environmental law.
Lori Pines, who is among the first Chief Wellness Officers in major law firms, was acknowledged for her work promoting health and wellness at Weil. She led the firm’s suite of services and support programs focused on employee well-being.
According to organizers, the awards celebrate “in-house and law firm women leaders and allies who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law.”
The honorees will be recognized at an awards ceremony scheduled for April 14 in Chicago.
