White & Case LLP has provided legal counsel to AFI Europe N.V. in its acquisition of the remaining 30 percent stake in the Office House building in Warsaw from Echo Investment S.A. This purchase grants AFI Europe full ownership of the property, which is part of the Towarowa 22 mixed-use development.
The transaction was valued at €160.5 million. The Office House, which opened in May 2025, offers about 32,000 square metres of office space and can accommodate approximately 3,000 employees. The building has achieved a BREEAM Outstanding certificate score of 97.9 percent, reported as the highest ever recorded in Warsaw and among the top globally. It operates entirely on renewable energy and includes features such as a triple-layer facade, advanced heat recovery systems, and intelligent management technologies.
AFI Europe is active as a real estate investor and developer throughout Central and Eastern Europe with various residential, office, and mixed-use projects.
