White & Case advises on $2.4 billion debt facility for Vantage Data Centers

Global law firm White & Case LLP has provided legal counsel to Vantage Data Centers in securing a US$2.4 billion debt facility from funds managed by Ares Management Corporation.

The debt facility will be used for refinancing current debts and supporting the growth, construction, and operations of data centers within Vantage’s North American portfolio. Vantage operates one of the largest and most diverse data center platforms in North America, with 17 campuses offering more than 4 GW of IT load capacity. These facilities primarily serve cloud computing and artificial intelligence needs across major markets.

The Debt Finance team at White & Case was led by partner Eric Klar based in Miami, with counsel Shana Vantusko and associate Thomas Boulger from New York participating in the transaction.
