Global law firm White & Case LLP has played an advisory role in the initial public offering of Inflection Point Acquisition Corp. III, which raised $253 million. This offering included 25.3 million units priced at $10.00 each, now listed on the Nasdaq Global Market with the ticker symbol IPCXU.

Each unit is composed of one Class A ordinary share and the right to receive one-tenth of an additional Class A ordinary share upon the completion of an initial business combination by the company. Notably, neither public nor private warrants have been issued in connection with this offering.

“This is the third public acquisition vehicle sponsored by the Inflection Point team, and the third advised by a White & Case team,” was stated in the announcement.

Leading the advisory team at White & Case was Joel Rubinstein, Capital Markets partner based in New York. The team also included Capital Markets associates Russell Deutsch and Kyra Luck, alongside Tax partners Steven Gee and Adriana Zhan, all based in New York.

The involvement of White & Case underlines the continued trust of Inflection Point in its advisory services.
