Global law firm White & Case LLP has provided legal counsel to the lenders in a significant financial transaction involving OpCore. The financing amounts to €650 million and supports OpCore, a joint venture between the iliad Group and InfraVia. This venture aims to establish a substantial independent European hyperscale data center platform.

The transaction includes the iliad Group selling a 50 percent stake in OpCore to InfraVia. The company plans to develop new data centers with capacities exceeding 100 MW across France and Europe, with several projects already underway.

The team from White & Case that advised on this transaction was led by partner Amaury de Feydeau based in Paris. Other key members included partner Elizaveta Bazarova from London and associates Tsveta Pencheva, Jessy Laberty, Laïla Draz, Charles Linel, Eva Brunelli Brondex (all from Paris), Scott Goldner (Brussels), as well as Paweł Góra and Joanna Misztal-Dzitko (both from Warsaw).
