Global law firm White & Case LLP has provided legal advice to a banking consortium led by Berenberg for the initial public offering (IPO) of innoscripta SE. Innoscripta is a German company that offers software-as-a-service solutions in areas such as research and development (R&D), tax credits, and R&D project management.
The IPO involves existing shares held by current shareholders, including a greenshoe option. These shares were offered through a public offering in Germany and also placed privately with institutional investors. They have been admitted to trading on the scale segment of the Open Market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. The total offering volume amounts to approximately €218 million.
The transaction was handled by a team from White & Case’s Frankfurt office. The team was led by partners Thilo Diehl and Rebecca Emory, with additional support from partners Gernot Wagner, Detlev Gabel, and Bodo Bender. Local partner Timo Lockemann, counsel David Santoro and Alexander Born, along with associates Jan-Christoper Wilhelms, Ann Marie Hovey, Hüseyin Sariguel, and Carsten Schreiner also contributed to the process.
