Global law firm White & Case LLP has provided legal advice to a major institutional investor in France regarding the sale of its 25 percent minority stake in Paris’ CB21 tower to Covivio.

The CB21 tower is a notable 41-floor office building located in Paris-La Défense, with a total floor area measuring 68,000 square meters.

White & Case’s team based in Paris led the advisory work on this transaction. The team was headed by partner Brice Engel and included associate Grégoire Baudry.
