White & Case LLP has announced the addition of Nicole Daley as a partner in its Boston office, strengthening the firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice and Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry Group.

Daley specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions within the life sciences and healthcare sectors. Her work also covers advising emerging growth companies on startup formation, corporate governance, venture financing, and significant transactions across industries such as technology, financial institutions, and telecommunications.

Before joining White & Case, Daley was a partner at another law firm and previously served as associate general counsel at a Nasdaq-listed global company.
