Portas Consulting, founded in 2006, is recognized as a leading sports management consulting firm. It offers specialized services and deep expertise to clients through its offices located in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Japan, and the UK.
The transaction was overseen by a team from White & Case led by partners Mike Weir from London and William Fong from Hong Kong. The team included numerous other partners and associates from various global offices including those in London, Hong Kong, Riyadh, Dubai, Singapore, Tokyo, New York, Washington DC, Cairo, Frankfurt, and Seoul.
