Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has announced the addition of Maurio A. Fiore as a partner in its New York office. Fiore joins the firm’s Corporate & Financial Services Department and will be part of the Private Equity and M&A Practice Groups.
Fiore’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving both public and private companies, private equity investments, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters. He brings experience from multiple industries such as financial services, insurance, and technology. Fiore has led significant deals for private equity sponsors, public companies, insurers, reinsurers, financial institutions, and other global clients. He is recognized in legal directories for his work in private equity and previously worked at Cravath.
