Counsel John O’Toole is set to join a panel at the 52nd Annual Conference on International Antitrust Law and Policy. He will take part in a discussion titled, “Economic Analysis of Pricing Algorithms—How Can We Balance Economic Efficiency Against Potential Competitive Harm?” during the Antitrust Economics Workshop. The event is hosted by the Fordham Competition Law Institute at Fordham Law School.
